OUR PURPOSE & DIFFERENCE
WHY SUPERYOGIZ?
Superyogiz was born from a desire to create what the founder never had as a child: fun, inclusive, imaginative yoga tools designed especially for neurodiverse children.
Whether you’re a school teacher, special education professional, kids yoga instructor, or mindful parent—Superyogiz makes yoga accessible and joyful for everyone.
Our digital resources combine yoga, mindfulness, storytelling, and games, all wrapped in a colorful superhero theme to help kids:
• Build confidence
• Cultivate emotional regulation
• Practice self-love and body awareness
Whether you’re a school teacher, special education professional, kids yoga instructor, or mindful parent—Superyogiz makes yoga accessible and joyful for everyone.
WHAT MAKES SUPERYOGIZ UNIQUE
Superyogiz isn’t just another kids yoga resource.
It’s a heart-led mission shaped by real-life experience with neurodivergence and years of hands-on teaching in school classrooms.
What makes us different is the way we blend authentic yoga philosophy with playful, superhero storytelling, and a touch of neuroscience, creating a space where every child feels seen, safe, and strong; feels like they belong, exactly as they are.

Our materials are crafted with deep empathy, cultural respect, and a lived understanding of what it’s like to grow up feeling different. We don’t just teach poses; we create experiences that build emotional resilience, self-regulation, and body confidence in a way that’s inclusive, trauma-aware, and sensory-sensitive.
